Many successful women are afraid of being too direct because they've been punished for it with negative feedback instead of rewarded for honesty.

"She's too inflexible."
"She feels very entitled."
"She thinks she knows everything."

They take their directness and shove it down, trying to always appear positive, saying things more indirectly, quietly taking back work or home responsibility that isn't being done properly, NOT complaining…

…because I don't want to be
THAT person.

But instead of better relationships or an empowered team, they've taken total responsibility for everyone and feel resentful and overburdened.

Even worse, they appear to "turn" on people when it all piles on too high, having outbursts that damage their professional brand and strain their personal relationships.

And, if they can hold it inside, it turns into high blood pressure, heart problems, auto-immune diseases..... you name it, I've seen it.

If this sounds like you, you're not alone!

I've been there on a personal and professional level. And, I want to help relieve that pressure for you in a short time.

That's why I created Stand Your Ground. In just 75 min, you'll receive expert, targeted help with how to ask for and actually GET what you need from colleagues at work or family members at home. Think of it as your own personal training session focused on creating and holding boundaries around responsibility.
